Good for Wine Glass weekend
Stayed for the Wine Glass Marathon. Very nice of them to extend checkout for the event. The night desk person who checked us in was very friendly. Breakfast was adequate. We could hear some noise down the hall but once everyone settled down it was fine.

Got home with bed bug bites and a measly breakfast
Came home with bed bug bites. Staff didn’t care to restock anything at “breakfast”, which was really just coffee, tea, some muffins and bagels, and cereal. The waffle maker was a positive. But they ran out of forks and cups and the staff didn’t do anything about it even when pointed out. That’s what I get for booking at the last minute and this was all that was available.

The hotel was ok. Right off the elevator, the hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Unfortunately, so did our room. We had to buy air freshener. Otherwise, the room was clean, beds were comfy. The lady at the desk was not the best. She said we did not have a reservation and had to get someone else to help. She was not the most professional. If it were not for the Smokey smell, I would have red this hotel higher.

Unprofessional Front Desk Staff
The young girl who checked me in acted like I was interrupting her! She was not at the desk and a said “Hello, anyone here. No answer so I walked around to what looked like the laundry room. I spoke to her still no answer so I said hello louder! She finally heard me! There was heavy rock music blaring from the speakers in the lobby area and down the hall. Like I said it was as if she was too busy to give me decent help. Thankfully I had pre registered on line! I was very tired when I checked in and just needed to get to my room so I could relax change and get to my class reunion! FYI the bed light did not work!
