Not a good stay
I’ve stayed at this hotel numerous times overnight for business. This was the worst and probably last time. I checked in and was given a room key. When I pulled up to the room, there was a man in the room, I waited for him to leave as he had a hotel lanyard hanging from his pocket. Evidently they were having problems with the televisions are he had the remote in his hand and when I got in the room the television wasn’t working. I had the desk and they said they were working on it. A few hours later I was told the televisions were out and wouldn’t be fixed until the next day, which I felt they knew when I checked in. The desk chair was missing a wheel. There was also a loud commotion in the parking lot about 1:30 in the morning.

Im very disappointed with this stay. First I was charged double for a 1 night stay. This is the first time this has happened. Next, there were roaches in the room. I was very disappointed with this stay.

Both rooms they gave me were filthy and nasty. hair in the refrigerator a big cockroach in the tub on top of a tub pills and paper floors dirty. I called the manager the next morning he said he would get someone to clean the room than never did I am at AWard's member of Red roof inn and I've never been disappointed until now that policy is that if you're complaint has not been solved that you didn't have to pay that's a lie I had to pay for both nights. Very unhappy with the hotel and the manager they should be out of business

The first room smelled of mold and the mini fridge was leaking water all over the ground. I requested to be moved and the second room was roach infested. I was not able to stay and requested a refund through insurance.

The showers was old and stained. The amount of noise was horrible. People yelling all night and kids screaming at 6am. Walls and door so thin you can hear every person going by the room and car coming and going. Front desk clerk was efficient and friendly.

Traveling across the US moving out of state. Made reservations on road. Arrived late evening and both rooms reserved had bug infestation. Would not recommend this facility! In Addition, they refused to compensate.

Not what expected
So i was on the fence about this one they could have been better but was ok for the circunstances this was available for evacuation for milton options were limited being on a budget cleanness could have been better reserved two rooms together did not get that on arrival two seperate rooms on different ends of the building, really... water nozzle for tub fell off and took about half a day to get fixed but did get fixed this would be a few examples of the bad the good is it was affordable and available for the circumstances the room had nice ac but small on the coffee pot good thing we brought one oh also they offer them as pet rooms just take a look around we had bathroom door that had some paint chips that had peeled onto the floor would not be good for the pet thats where some better cleaning could have worked so if in a pinch it will work had a good barbacue accross the street walmart not far, home depot, chillies, publix but if i had this as an option again i would move on oh also when walking your pet they do not make you clean after your pet so there is dog crap everywhere just a mine field of crap sorry to be so blunt there but it was bad

Pet friendly
As always, Red Roofs are pet friendly without additional charge. This location is convenient to restaurants, grocery, etc. Pool looked nice but we did not use.
