Staff is terrible not professional and they don’t care about their guests. The manager has no control over her staff and is careless

Check in took 30 minutes. Inexperienced new employee had no idea, had to keep calling manager at home and share iPhone screen.

This was one of the nicest hotels i've stayed in. It was extememy clean, easy on/off from I75, and breakfast was great. The employees were all very helpful and polite.

Didn’t honor booking won’t stay again for $$
I booked a room for one night as we were passing through. It was my husband and I and our 2 kids so I made sure to specifically book a room with 2 queen beds. I chose this hotel bc I’ve had good experiences with this line in other cities. When we got up to our room it was a king bed and a very uncomfortable pull out sofa. I called down to the front desk and said I booked a room with 2 queens bc there are 4 of us. They said the sales department overbooked the hotel and they couldn’t move us so we could cancel it or deal with it pretty much. Something was going on in the area so there was no available rooms at other hotels and we were pressed for time so we had to deal with it. I could have paid way less for a more comfortable room as I had more options at the time I booked the hotel. It wasn’t my fault they overbooked the rooms and they should have honored what I selected.
