Not likely to return
The hotel room had someone's sock laying on the floor closet and the top of a deordorant container laying on the floor. The hot tub was closed off so we couldn't use that. It seems a fuse blew in the breakfast area so we were unable to eat and the person at the counter, although very apologetic, was unable to fix it. There was also a lot of noises (pinging and knocking) throughout the night. The kids enjoyed the pool but when it came time to rinse off back in the room, the bathtub was not draining properly. The room layout was very crowded.

I had a clean and quiet room for my 2-day trip. Parking was convenient and spacious. The pool was nice, although it felt a bit awkward being located near the front desk, as strangers would stare while walking by.

At check in I was told of a 30.00 dollar up charge for having a service dog. After a long discussion the manage was called and decided I would not be charged this time. Then two room numbers were written in key card, neither of those rooms were mine. After going back to the front desk twice I was told the card works but for a completely different room. Once in room, smoke detector was beeping, were I was told they would just remove it for the night. The toilet ran water all night.

Comfy, clean, and quiet. I could have done without the front desk waking me up with a call to ask if my truck was parked in the back. However, they were apologetic. Note next time just look at my vehicle info on registration.

We liked the quality and size of the room. We liked the family diner and gas stations close by. We liked easy access to/from I-90. We liked the indoor pool and hot tub. It would be even better if pool towels were easily accessible and always available. One night we did not use these amenities because they were out of towels. One night we did use, but we had to wait at the front desk for the towels. Seemed uncomfortable and a little inconvenient to get towels for responsible, mature adults. We love the price and the fact that breakfast is included! It would be even better if the limited breakfast items were replenished as needed, especially on weekend mornings. There were no issues on Thursday and Friday morning, but on Saturday morning the hot food was low or empty and the front desk person was responsible for replenishing the food and it was too much for him to do by himself. We liked the free, self-parking. We liked the quiet atmosphere of the hotel and the safe feeling of the area. We liked the closeness to bike trails.

OK room, disappointing breakfast
You could tell the rooms had been upgraded and were clean. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was a disappointment. There were no plates so those who had waffles had to balance them on a Styrofoam bowl. The coffee maker wasn't working. No one was paying attention to when breakfast items needed to be renewed without someone telling them. The desk clerk acted quickly when notified of a need. Overall, though it was pretty quiet. We went out for breakfast the 2nd morning. Dorine's Cafe. It was great!

I was a front desk manager and front desk worker my entire career. So I appreciate a clean hotel room. My only grip would be I don’t think all pillowcases were changed before our arrival. One had makeup stains on it, another had a few yellow spots.. I didn’t call and complain I just didn’t use them. The other two pillows were ok. I know staff can get lazy or just not care but I would prefer a clean pillow to lay my head at night. The bedsheets were nice. Other than that the room was clean, breakfast was hot, tasty and the area was clean. Thank you to the front desk clerk young man who seemed to have to multitask between front desk and breakfast setup and tear down.. you have a good employee! I would come back again when in the area.

Unsafe hotel
Would never stay here again. Dried food on the walls, carpeting was dirty, not much food available for breakfast. The worst part was that a so called maintenance worker for the hotel just unlocked our hotel room door at 9pm at night and just walked in. He claimed that our room was unoccupied after earlier he literally saw us walk into our room. This is NOT OKAY whatever the case may be and he never knocked either!!!! Don't stay at this unsafe place.

I reserved a room with a king bed. They did not have one when I got there. They offered no discount for their error. The sheets were stained. The floor had not been vacuumed. There was toothpaste residue in the sink. The towel bar was loose in the bathroom. There was a bug in the tub. Tub did not drain well. There was hair in the hair dryer. Room was outdated. Price was ridiculously high. I guess it was a holiday weekend or something in October. The biscuits for breakfast were hard as rock. We did not use the pool but the water looked murky. I would not recommend this motel.
