Very Relaxing!
My family and I stayed here for a few days. The hotel is nice and the view from our balcony overlooked the pool and fire pit. We loved it! My Mom injured herself on a small nail sticking out from the closet door. We contacted the front desk to inform them and to make repairs. They came and fixed the door and gave us a credit for the next stay. We relaxed and dined in the hotel lobby, where our waiter Adrian was awesome. He was very courteous and patient and provided amazing service to us and all the patrons he was servicing.

We were disappointed that breakfast was not available every morning as promised. We prepaid for breakfast each day, but one morning there was no buffet; instead, we were offered a limited menu and allowed to choose only one item. We opted for the avocado toast, but unfortunately, it left us all feeling hungry. Additionally, despite requesting daily cleaning and leaving a $5 tip, our room was not cleaned every day. I had to remind the staff on the third day to ensure our room was attended to.

Great Stay

The desk guy needs to smile more and maybe be a little more friendly. The room was extremely hot when when I walked in and took a half hour for it to be comfortable. That’s the last thing I want to do when I’ve stopped traveling and want to wind down…

Ehhhh it’s okay
The hotel itself was not that bad. There are only a few things that needed to be addressed in terms of comfort. We are a family of five traveling with two infants and a 7 year old. So first, the room didn’t come with enough towels. There was no microwave in the room. The room lacked adequate storage. I’m not sure if all of the rooms were outdated but ours was. Personally I feel it was not worth the $300+ a night stay with the lack of amenities it had.
