The room itself was clean and comfortable, which I appreciated. However, there were a few letdowns that made the overall experience feel a bit underwhelming. No hotel map was provided at check-in, which made it harder to get oriented.
The shuttle service was definitely convenient to get to downtown, but it does fill up quickly during peak times, so plan ahead or you’ll have to wait another hour for the next one. The pool area looked like a great setup online, but in reality, it was so crowded that we couldn’t find a chair or enjoy a swim and the pool bar felt neglected. I tried to inquire about kayak rentals, but couldn’t get anyone to pick up the phone, and the concierge desk couldn’t help either.
Overall, the hotel’s website paints a more polished picture than what’s delivered. Not a terrible stay, but I wouldn't rush back.
