We booked this place FOR the hot tub and the pool. So we got there, I checked and I felt like I was disturbing the person at the front desk and she kind gave me attitude. But we got our room and we got ready for hot tub and pool. The hot tub had a wasps nest by it so I could not enjoy that. So we went to the pool, swam for a bit and then noticed a dead squirrel at the bottom of the pool. We immediately got out and showered up. I went to the front desk with some trepidation since I was not treated well at check in and told her about the issues. She blankly looked at me and said she will put it on the maintenance list. And that was that, not even an apology or show ofnconcern. I checked the next morning, squirrel was gone but I doubt the pool was shocked or re-chlorinated and the hornets were never dealt with. So, we could not use the amenities we booked it for. Would really like some sort of compensation but given the attitude I got from the beginning , I doubt I will
