Me and my team decided to stay in Marion NC instead of driving back to Asheville NC due to the snow, and this hotel exceeded out expectations Friendly staff, and very nice comfortable clean rooms, buffet breakfast was also clean and had many options

The stay was great, however having no water when needed was very disappointing and as a family with kids the situation was unacceptable. Didn’t get in touch with management till 6 days later after we checked out and made it home. Only got a partial refund for paying for 4 nights. No one offered to move us rooms after calling about the situation up front. We should have known about the water situation when checking in as they knew about it.

We usually stay at Hampton Inn whenever we travel. Never disappointed. Always love a free breakfast and this one was great. Food was: if you want cereal-it was there, eggs and breakfast meat-on the hot bar, waffles-you guessed it, it was on the bar. You can make more than 1 if you wish. Bagels, french toast etc. And some of the best coffee youll ever have. Oh and the sweet Southern lady who does the breakfast bakes the BEST Chocolate Chip cookies youll ever eat. She puts them out at 10 am. Sooooo good.
