Bradley, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

My stay at Norbreck was fantastic. The staff were incredibly welcoming, and my room was spotless and comfortable with a great view. The location was perfect for exploring. Highly recommend for a great experience!
Craig, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

We d a very enjoyable few days , And we like the fact that we do not get disturbed.
Trevor, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

Lovely staff, quick check in. Unfortunately the beds are really uncomfortable and the the hotel itself is really noisy.
Alex, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

I've been to the Norbreck before. Its basic, but fine for a base to explore Blackpool Cleveleys and Fleetwood. The bar, Copper Face Jacks was only open once during my 5 day stay, and when i asked why it was closed, i was told it was due to lack of staff. Apart from that, it was fine and i will be back.
Robin, 5-night trip

6/10 Okay

3rd visit. Check in chaos as usual. Room was clean but bathroom vent was very dirty & windows don’t close properly which did let it down. At least they’ve fixed the electric door keys. Friendly staff & excellent weekend entertainment.
Raymond, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

Good value for price paid. Good entertainment. Good breakfasts. Poor general housework e.g. the staircase needed cleaning more regularly. Good general cleaning and decorating would start to make it a more credible reputation.
James, 2-night trip

8/10 Good

Lady on reception was amazing, gave great recommendations, bar staff less so. Car parking good-£3 a day, rooms ok, food at restaurants pricey for what it was. Pool facilities good, although not included in the price of the room. Had some noise problems on second night but quick call to reception and security came to sort no further issues. Would stay again if price remains cheap.
Katrina, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

The beds are from Ancient times & very uncomfortable.. only slept 2 hours in 2 nights stay . I know its what you pay for but that was ridiculous.
Khandad, 2-night trip

4/10 Poor

Breakfast was good. Dirty linen/bedding in the floor in the corridor from check in to check out. Toiletries limited to Two small bars if hand soap, shower/shampoo dispenser empty. Kettle dirty, brown sticky gunge. Restaurant closed at 7.30 pm on a Saturday evening. Absolutely not a £195 overnight stay!!
Mark, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Great staff and decent standard for the price. Cabaret was fun 👍
Matthew, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Still needs a lot of work especially outside room was clean good size
Lynn, 2-night trip

10/10 Excellent

After reading the reviews about the Norbreck we were a bit dubious about our stay, glad we decided to see for ourselves, everything was what we wanted, we tried to extend our booking but after the receptionist tried his best there was nothing available. On our return home we got booked in for the following week
Ann, 4-night trip

6/10 Okay

We went there for my daughter’s cheer comp! I saw the bad reviews and tbh it’s ok- you can’t expect the world for the money you pay for it!
Samuel, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

We checked in on-line with the understanding we just collect our key on arrival. How wrong we were. We still had to queue with those who hadn't checked in on-line, 90 mins in total we waited! Surely a separate desk to collect keys is the answer!
Michael, 1-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Refurbished hotel looking very clean, bedroom with Seaview, room lovely and clean new beds very very comfortable, staff lovely, bar area overlooking sea front, drinks in bar good prices, the area the hotel is in is lovely and peaceful, tram and bus stops just outside and walk across the road to the seafront, overall absolute bargain price and will highly recommend

Noel, 1-night trip

8/10 Good

Pretty quiet hotel apart from the creaky floors. Anyone below me would be very irritated! Lovely large bath for a 5.10 person! Pillows a bit lumpy and wish there had been room for a bedside table next to the bed.
Sharon, 1-night trip

6/10 Okay

It was okay, wouldnt stay there again though. The room was filthy and the bed had more bumps than the pebble beach! They state on the app that you will get room cleaned and fresh towels everyday but this didnt happen, everything we needed even tea, coffee etc we had to go to reception for which was a mile away from our room!
Suzan, 7-night trip

10/10 Excellent

Very friendly staff. Great breakfast buffet. Clean room. Ideal for tram or bus to go into Blackpool or fleetwood ferry. Would certainly stay there again
Adele, 4-night trip

4/10 Poor

The rooms were nothing like the photos. Drab and uncomfortable. We were kept awake until 2.30 in the morning with unruly neighbours. Security had to come and give them warnings. Would not encourage anyone to visit until the whole hotel has had an facelift.
Janet, 1-night trip
