We didnt stay we walked in saw all the mold on every piece of furniture and rhe carpet. That was absolutely the worst hotel i have ever walked into in my life and i travel all the time for work . The i went to the front desk and ask for my money back and they said no . Booked theough hotels.com and they couldnt even get my money back . So no only was the room extremely moldy and nasty they rob me of my money as well .

Very disappointed
I have paid for the room. Then they told me I had to pay an extra hundred dollars. But I got it back when I checked out. You need to explain that to your customers the room smelt like mold I had to buy candles and spray make the room smell better. And it was roaches.

Lobby closes after 9pm, so you have to check in through a little window, leaving people standing inline outside. The rooms were decent enough. The breakfast was lacking.

The shower didn’t really work. I somehow got it on but it needs to be fixed. Room smelled Smokey. You get what you pay for is the old saying. Cheap cheap cheap.

The carpet smelled quite musty when I entered the room. There were a few bugs I found near the bathtub. The bed seemed lumpy. The AC/Heat worked well and sheets were clean. The bathtub appeared to have a large rust spot covered by some type of vinyl. The two attendants I spoke with were courteous and helpful.

You definitely get what you pay for. We've stayed here in the past (a few years ago) and the property was much better. This time the room was not clean, gaps around the outside door and just overall felt in disrepair. Would not stay here again.

My stay was horrible. No one came by the room for service. I basically had to buy my own towels and take out my own trash. If I can help it, i will not return to this Quality Inn.

Could Be Better – Cleanliness Needs Attention"
My friends stayed at this location for a short trip, and while the staff was polite and check-in was smooth, the overall cleanliness of the room left a lot to be desired. The carpets looked worn, and there was visible dust and residue in corners and on some surfaces. The bathroom could have been cleaner as well — it didn’t feel freshly sanitized.
The lack of attention to cleanliness made it hard to relax fully. With a bit more care in housekeeping, this hotel could be much more welcoming.

I do not like to give bad reviews but this has to be said. There are signs posted all over the property "Non smoking facility" and yet you could peel the tar off the walls of the room they gave us. There were burn marks on the toilet seat, on the comforter and the bathroom counter. In addition to that, two men sitting in the stairwell, SMOKING, harassed us as we went to our room. We chose not to stay and went elsewhere. I can tell you that there were two employees that sincerely tried to be of assistance. That was Donna and Tim. Their genuine concern of our OBVIOUS complaint was heard but they were not in positions to help. I called and left a message for the manager but no call back received. I guess that shows the attitude of the hotel. Beware and go elsewhere.
