I don’t know what to say…
We’ve been to this hotel several times. Cleanliness was better than ever. Maids and breakfast were PERFECT.
Service however was wonky. They had this new front desk employee with the best intentions and attitude, but she’d screwed up my reservation. The key system kept glitching, keys never worked. Worst experience happened when coming back from New Year’s Eve celebration, we were locked out of our rooms for almost an hour, because the key system busted. Owner didnt have the best attitude. He was mad. He should have been apologetic. I expect a compensation because I had to stay in the starways for over 40 min freezing with my dogs to prevent them from barking and waking up guests in the middle of the night.
