Our room was freezing cold when we got there. Also noticed the missing remote for the TV. We called the front desk, someone came to our room and gave us a new remote and said it should work. Well it didn't. I went down to the front desk and request a new one or help. The front person asked of the remote lit up I said yes, then asked of the TV was turned on, I said no. "Well the TV is probably unplugged", I said No, the TV is on but the remote does not change the channel or work volume. Front desk person took the remote and changed the battery and asked to try that. I asked if there was a programming code and they said I dont know. Back up to my room and tried the remote, surprise, it didnt work. My husband called down again to let them know. The Owner ended up at our room, looked for the missing remote behind the dresser, then took the non working remote and switched it out for another one. By the time this was all done, I didnt want to watch TV.
