A very poor Hampton Inn. It had only one elevator making me wonder if it started out as a different brand. The toilet in our room did not flush properly. It also had some kind of tape around the base perhaps to hold it place. The toilet seat was a very cheap one and was loose. In the bathroom the wallpaper was stapled together where it had come loose. The pillows were soft and seemingley over used. While Hampton Inn breakfasts are not usually great this one was particularly bad. The eggs seemed watered down and were tasteless. The breakfast area had a tip jar something I had not seen before.

Staff was friendly, Brandon the manager, did not give a courtesy notification when they turned off the water in the middle of showering and preparing for a family funeral. Has to leave fences in toilet and when i returned the didn’t even come to freshen up the room after hours .

The employees were all extremely friendly!! The Building and room needs a update and seems a little worn. The Morning Breakfast was top notch!! The woman running the Breakfast area was really busy but so helpful!! I feel that your employees should be commended!! Check in and out was enjoyable. Would recommend people to stay here.

Upon our stay we had to change room twice. There was a bug in our first initial room the staff provided a new room and there was a terrible odor in the second room. With that the staff then provided a third room which there were no issues

The AC was not working and the fan was blowing out warm air. We left out hoping it would cool down, but it didn’t. There were no available rooms within an hour and it was 3am so we barely got a few hours sleep and checked out at daybreak. The front desk associate Crystal was so helpful and came up to the room, but it was mechanical. She left a message for the manager and we even spoke to the morning attendant and was told they couldn’t refund because booked thru Expedia. The manager was left 2 messages, but has yet reached out.

Overall, our stay was good. The shower appeared to be cleaned in a hurry and the room had a slightly musty smell covered by air freshener. Staff was friendly and breakfast was a good start to our morning.

Woke up with bumps on my face, neck, and hand. Bed bugs? Not happy. Also, the fridge didn't work, so I had to toss the food in my cooler.
