We have stayed here 4 years in a row after thanksgiving but not sure we’ll be back. We have historically loved our stays but this year our room was so run down and very nice to stay in. There were several spots where the paint was chipped and peeling, the carpet was ripping up, and a bunch of the outlets didn’t work. We had to move some lamps around to be able to have light and make use of the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot. There were several nice staff members but also a few that really seemed like they did not want to be there. We love that the pool remained open through the holiday weekend and the breakfast is convenient. This is usually a great place to stay but hoping they do some upkeep on the rooms.

Friendly & helpful at front desk, clean room, very comfortable bed & soft linens, a variety of pillows - soft to firm. Lobby a bit worn looking and elevator wasn’t working but front desk clerk carried my bag upstairs for me. Would stay again.
