Nothing Spectacular Here!
The bed was ok as far as comfort. The shower/bathroom was ok as well. The room was, for the most part, clean. However the breakfast was subpar at best and the breakfast area was a mess. Also, don't look for a hot cup of coffee, the coffee was cold and must have been left over from the day/night before. Not sure I will stay at this hotel when back in town.

Could be better
The shower didn't shut off so the water dripped all night. When we took a shower, the faucet was very loose from the wall. There was a cobweb with a spider in it right next to the towels. It did not look like the room had been swept in awhile. Also the shampoo and conditioner had been used.

Ok stay. Room was pretty clean but with some areas that could have been cleaner (dirty lights in bathroom, etc.) Shower was only hot for the first 2 minutes. We took multiple showers and this happened each time. Beds were comfy and breakfast was as expected. My son had fun in the pool and it was clean but very cold.

Went to check in and system was not letting rep check anybody in advised her that it had already been paid for showing her my reservation and still had to wait for about half hour before she would even give me keys to a room. Got into the room and toilet seat was broken, shower slide door was broken could not open or close it all the way.

The ratings for this Comfort Inn were a 7 and above. But this was not my experience. After booking so late I was unable to change. As I went up to the room I became stuck in the elevator for a number of minutes. I yelled for help, I picked up the phone to call, and also hit the alarm button with no response. I also tried to go back down to the first floor. I could hear the elevator trying to open. After about 4 minutes or so they opened . Since I am not a fan of elevators this was stressful and traumatic. The first room smelled weird. There was a spider on the wall. The young man gave me a second room after everything and said it was the best. It most resembled the picture on Expedia. It didn’t smell as weird as the first but and I to stay since I could not change the booking time. The sheets and pillowcases had stains on them. I bought sheets to sleep on top. There was debris on the floor. When I tried to turn on the heat. It was about 50 degrees or so. It smelled like it was going to catch fire. I turned it off and slept cold. Finally the morning I was to leave the toilet over flowed. Initially I thought it was the water running long as it did the night before but when I went to go look. There was water on the floor. I called down stairs with the room phone that had so much static. I had to repeat a couple of times. When the desk person came up. He couldn’t find the mop so he brought a towels to cheap clean up the overflow of toilet water.

I stayed in 3 different rooms during my stay at this Comfort Inn. All three rooms had issues. The one shower barely worked. The other had mold all over the window curtains and it smelled horrible. The last has very loud and obnoxious neighbors. The guests were noisy all night long. I finally chose to stay at a best western down the street and it is 10x better in every way. I would never recommend spending a dime on a night at this hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful though.

Just about everything was great! My only complaint is the location of the hotel. It is located very very close to train tracks, so if you're a light sleeper, I'd pass. But like I said, I have nothing else to complain about! Staff was super nice!
