"Check in was smooth, the reception and restaurant staff was helpful and service was good.
HOWEVER, it was a terrible experience on the day we checked out. Another reception lady was there and presented with poor attitude and being very rude. Sadly that the whole staying experience was ruined by this lady. Hospitality means a lot in the hotel/tourism industry, at least - basic manner please.

"Had a lovely stay at the hotel. We were there supporting great Britain in a world championship shooting competition. The sttaff were welcoming. The room had a great view of the citadel. The food was excellent. The room was quite small but comfortable. "

"we arrived late, had issues with card payment, noisy night, so decided to move forth the next day. Owners tried very hard to ensure our comfort, but we neded to go.

"A small hotel that is over 2 floors. The lift is extremely small. Room is of decent size that cones with 2 single bed. No queen bed. The pillow are too soft and bed too springy and soft which may not be suitable to everybody. The room that was been given to me room 41, the TV and phone are not working but isn't a concern for me as i am basically out or having zoom meeting. Breakfast is very simple with only scramble egg, bacan, hard boil egg and pancake as main hot dish together with some...
