"Everything was clean, the room was nice, the staff were very friendly and willing to help. The front desk lady who checked us in was very patient and kind while I sorted out my credit card. The pool was awesome the kids loved it and it was well maintained. My only feedback is I wish the skyview restaurant had more accommodating hours. "
"Loved our stay here. Clean and new! And great attentive staff. There are so many lovely touches from the Rocky Mountain body care, drip coffee and assortment of creamers (including oat milk!) and lovely mugs in the room… to the outdoor hot pools which we enjoyed in the light rain! The only thing I’d note is that with the heater blowing, the air in our room was quite dry. (And I’m used to a dry Calgary climate). Not sure if there is a way to control or add some humidity. That would help! Otherwise, fabulous stay! Will definitely return. Thank you! "
