Well it started with my room not being ready at a 4 pm check in. They sif they would call when ready, waited an hr, nothing. Went in the room is ready. Went to get supper then went to the room. Was sent to the wrong room, poor lady that opened the door was frightened. The manager that night was a little brass. Didnt give me any information, but was ever so helpful with people who didnt not look like me. Stated she would give us one night complimentary. The young lady working with her was pleasant and helpful. She offered to check our room before we went to make sure it was empty. The room smelt weird, like dirty. Was told hotels.ca would be giving the refund. Havent seen it yet. Its been almost a week.
