There was nothing I liked. The room was dirty and the cleaning staff didn't know how to clean. They didn't empty the trash. Didn't get clean towels or clean the bathroom. When they cleaned the room I would ask them to wait while I checked out the room. I would have to ask them to empty the trash,get clean towels and clean the bathroom. Then I would give them a tip but the next day it would be the same thing. When I left I asked for a wake up call and they didn't call. I paid in advance for a cab to the airport and when I went to the front desk they hadn't called for a cab. I asked for my money back because there were a lot of cabs going by the hotel but they refused to refund my money. I had to wait 20 minutes for a cab. The worst run hotel I have ever been in. Also, they were really noisy by the front desk buying and selling something really late at night.

Hassle at check-in.
The hotel arranged for a driver to pick me up at the airport, and yet when I arrived at the front desk, they acted surprised that I was there. They had not held my Pre-paid reservation, and had no room available for me. The person at the front desk escorted me down the street where I spent my first night on a far inferior room with AC that did not work. Nobody even offered to help me carry my luggage down the street.
