I reserved a room for two people for 4 nights. The room was tiny for two, it should single. There wasn't a closet where to put our heavy winter clothes, the "pillows" were cushion size (picture attached), the toilet is literally in the room divided by a crystal only, where everything can be heard. When I arrived there were computers all around to do self check in like a Mcdonald’s and they won't clean your rooms unless you ask the night before. I did not ask for the first 3 nights, why do I have to ask, it should be the opposite, I am staying in a hotel not an airbnb. Well, after 3 nights I realised at midday that the room had to be cleaned, so I asked at the receptionist and she said it was too late, not possible. Then I asked at least to replace the towels and take out the trash. The receptionist said she would see if it could be done, but when I came back at night it wasn't done! Seriously, I been working in hotels for the last 14 years I have never said no to a client that needs fresh towels. There is no phone in the room to call the reception and ask for anything. I understand budget hotels but this was below budget, there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room. I couldn't find any hospitality in this hotel. Oh also I attach the photos of the state of the shower, it was extremely dirty.
