Deep clean is needed especially for the bathroom and kitchen. It smells in the property… bathroom is dirty and stinky (no ventilation) and so as the kitchen. We had to open both doors in order to get airflow for fresh air.

There is a check in time "requirement"by the hoist. But the host would send us email / whatsapp to keep in touch and thus I guess a slight delay would be acceptable. The suite I booked is spacious with 3 rooms. The only thing is that there is only one bathroom, and there is no ventilation in the bathroom. There is a full kitchen in the apartment! And also a BBQ suite ( on demand). The is a supermarket nearby , and also gas station, restaurant etc. In terms of value, I think it is fair.

三室一厅的房间大小合适，其中一间房双床间，每张床1米宽，很窄，在美国住了这么多宾馆，第一次见这么窄的床，门口很大一片地方有户外桌椅和烧烤架，连烧烤碳都给你准备好了，就在门外，独享，酒店位置还可以，最近的大超市步行10分钟，买点食材自己回来厨房做做还是不错的，房间设施有些陈旧了，但还算干净

"Check-in and check-out were fully automated. We did not meet our host, but they were highly responsive to any and all questions we had. When we needed extra blankets and sheets, they promptly made them available. The room was spacious and clean, as was the kitchen, which was equipped with all necessary appliances. The outdoor area was beautiful as well. We asked for recommendations for sightseeing, and our host immediately texted us suggestions, most of which we used. We requested a late checkout, which they agreed to, although we did not end up using it. The location is close to most of the sights and hiking trails. Overall, it was an EXCELLENT stay!"

A truly terrible experience :(
This was such a horrible experience. :(( The manager tried to give me money to not write this review, but I would rather warn people. We arrived a family of three with an 8-month old baby. We had driven all day and arrived at 6pm to find that they had given us a one bedroom apt with a single bed rather than the three bedroom apt we had reserved and paid for. The front desk was closed, and when we called their number, the manager said that he could see that we had booked and paid for a 3 bedroom, but unfortunately they were fully booked, and he did not know what had happened, so that was that. I asked for a full refund for the two nights we had booked, so I could go somewhere else, as we were three people incl. a small baby, and there was only one bed, but he refused. We were back and forth on the phone for three hours, and the poor baby had to sit in the car and wait after a full day of driving. Two people finally had to sleep on the floor, because all the other hotels in the area were full. The next day they promised to rectify the situation, but their idea of rectifying it was to charge fully for the first night and refund for the second night if we checked out. We packed up and left at 12pm, and they ended up only refunding a tiny amount for the second night, because they charged a penalty for canceling (after they themselves had asked us to cancel and guaranteed a full refund for the second night). Do not book this place.

Vist to Antelope Canyon
Stayed for a night for a visit to Antelope Canyon. Apartment was conveniently located and well appointed. Appeared to be redone but some times you can only do so much. It worked great for what we needed and would have liked to give it a perfect score except for the roach motel with an inhabitant. I have traveled extensively and realize that there are all sorts of creepy crawlers in warmer climates but if your not going to use an exterminator, at least dont leave the traps in plain view. After that we didn't want to leave anything on the floor for fear of taking unwanted visitors home.

Wir waren in der Unterkunft eine Nacht zu 8. Es ist sauber, draussen sitzt man sehr schön, aber innen ist alles ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Die Klimaanlage raubt einem den Schlaf, vor allem auf der Schlafcouch, aber auch in den Zimmern. Das eine Bad/Toilette ist bei Vollbelegung zu 8. nicht ausreichend. Trotzdem ist die Unterkunft ein guter Ausgangspunkt für tolle Sehenswürdigkeiten

Location is the biggest plus. Our group had Antelope Canyon reservation the next morning at 7 am. Being 4 minutes drive away helped a lot. Moreover, it has a sitting yard so sitting out for a chat and looking at stars is always an option when you can't sleep for a bit

Great price for 3 bedrooms and a hide-a-bed!
The price is very good, so the problems are minimized by that. The location is close to Safeway and Dollar Tree. The AC is borderline sufficient, leaving the rooms cool within a few hours of running it. The tub drains slowly and leaves you standing in dirty water. The fridge worked well. The few dishes and utensils and are very convenient. The The kiosk check-in process is awful as they did not have my information in the system despite my confirmed reservation and a reminder call from me three days ahead of time. Once I called their help line they allowed me to open the registration process and I had to fill out all the information needed to make the reservation in the first place.

Too expansive for what it is. The kitchen is outdated same the bathroom. For example no place to put a tooth brush or a deodorant anywhere in the bathroom. $100 threat for clogging the toilet made me take a video on the way out showing that toilet works ok. I do not need this. You can see inside through the kitchen window so if you sleep on the sofa be aware. Check-in and out very simple and fast, internet good, Walmart 5 minutes away. Glen Dam and Horshoe Bend minutes away. Close to Antelope Canyons and 1.5 hours to Monument Valley. We made it work, but expected more for the price.
