Quarto sujo, com roupas de cama sujas. A maneira como somos recepcionados não é agradável, talvez pela localização, porém nenhum funcionário faz questão de acolher e tentar resolver os problemas. Hotel bem aquém em relação as fotos e sinceramente uma péssima opção. É o tal do “barato que sai caro”

The staff was courteous. The sheets and towels were dirty, but the heater works good. Blow dryer needs to be upgraded. Bathroom exhaust not working. There were stains and hair all over, but the closet was nice with wooden hangers. They provide plastic cups which is not good for the environment cause they use paper cups nowadays. Overall our stay was good

The heat was on full blast ...which meant I had to turn on the AC. They had no cups in the room. I had to ask for a cup to brush my teeth with. The walls were paper thin and I had to put down a cash deposit that was bigger than the amount I spent on the room. (They gave it back when I checked out....but it had to be cash and it was a lot .. ridiculous )

We took time to read the reviews prior to booking as they are very mixed. We were greeted when we arrived early and checked in smoothly and quickly. We were aware of the $100 cash deposit so had this available. Our room was on the 6th floor and very quiet despite there being roadworks outside. The lobby and lift were very clean with a vending machine and microwave available. We also were able to leave luggage at our own risk on check out as we had an evening flight. The room was very clean. It was -7 during our stay and the heating did quickly warm us up. The bed was comfortable and I am sure an extra blanket could be provided if required. In places the decor does show signs of age but it is functionable and clean. There were some areas that needed a deeper clean but it was not filthy just some decorating signs and some deeper cleaning around some of the grouting in the bathroom. The bathroom had a hair dryer, bath and shower. The water pressure and temperature of the water were good nice and warm. The bathroom however did get chilly at night!!!! The bedding was clean and there was housekeeping daily if required. Towels were clean and soft. Being British we did miss having facilities in the room to make a hot drink as it is standard in the hotels in the UK to have a kettle but I am aware US hotels do not. Would happily have rented a kettle and mugs if they were available. LOCATION is great for access to the subway and within walking distance to Roosevelt Island

Horrible neighborhood, and I never stayed because as soon as they told me I had to pay the extra fee (which I knew they weren't going to pay back) I left. Also There's NO PARKING!
