Horrible experience, we booked the hotel room with the information provided from hotels.com as the roll away bed is provided free, we had to pay 35$/day.
Finally they delivered the bed and left it in the room standing up. We had to call again for someone to come and set it up. Long story short, we went to sleep past midnight because of this issue.
The front desk agents are rude, we called and no one answered when we had a question. I had to go downstairs and stay in line to speak to someone. Breakfast was very expensive for the variety and the quality offered. Frozen boiled eggs, a bit insult to Westin brand.
