Terrible hotel with a bad receptionist
We got off the cruise ship early , arrived at the hotel around 10am. The room is not ready , totally understand. We asked if they have laundry facility, the receptionist Sonya told us that there's a self service laundromat, so we went . She didn't tell us we need a room key card to enter the property. At 12pm we finished our laundry and cannot get back into the property, here we were standing with 2 big bags of laundry outside by the property door waited 10 minutes, finally a gentleman came out then we got in. Sonya said her mobile phone which was connected to the front door bell is out of battery! She showed no apology or sorry , just said this happened. She asked us to go to lunch , room still not ready. We then ask for the entrance key card , she said no , they cannot give the entrance card , only after we are checked in. I think it's either Sonya problem or this hotel system has a problem, anyway , she didn't give us our room until 2:30pm even the room was ready. The room has no closet, no safe , bathroom shower stall grouting is broken , the shower curtain smells . The property is next to a gentleman club , not safe !

Very bad hotel and receptionist
Sonya the reception was so terrible , she will not check us in at 2:45pm , she has to wait until 3pm , clearly the room was ready way before , cause we got check in at 3：10pm , when I got to the room , the welcome card with my name on it has been placed on the table. Sonya always pretend she's busy working on the computer but nothing has been done. They don't give you a receipt for your city tax , unless you ask for. Also , we stayed at room 306 studio, nothing works in this room , doesn't have enough sockets power outlets , one side of the bed doesn't have a night stand , 2 out of 3 nights the stove doesn't work , they have to come fix it. Its so stressful when you bought all groceries ready to make dinner ! The shower curtain has very bad smell. Terrible Aparthotel. STAY AWAY !

The location is very convenient. The space is large. I can do laundry and simple cooking feels like home. However, the TV cannot be used, but it does not affect the positive review. I will consider staying here next time.

Great location, easy to find from the airport and within walking distance of most things. Staff couldn't do enough and super helpful. Room was spotlessly clean and breakfast was amazing.

Perfecto para descansar
El hotel está genial, tienes línea de metro cerca y autobuses que te llevan a todas partes, con esto puedes alejarte del ruidoso centro y no tardar más de 25 minutos en llegar a los puntos de interés. La habitación era cero ruidosa , por poner una pega, agradecería una manta en el armario y así evitar el consumo de aire caliente. El baño es pequeño pero no necesitas más. El desayuno muy rico y variado y el café buenísimo para ser de máquina. Hay recepción casi todo el día , lo cual es genial, también en la recepción hay una máquina expendedora que te saca de un apuro, cosa que yo agradezco. El ambientador a la entrada del edificio huele increíble. Un lugar que le recomendaría a cualquiera que vaya a pasar unos días en Lisboa!!

I had a mixed experience during my stay. The hotel was quite hard to find, as there wasn’t a clear or prominent sign with the hotel’s name. The bathroom was very small, and having the sink in the room itself was a bit uncomfortable. However, the staff was extremely kind and helpful, which I really appreciated.

Rent och fint. Centralt beläget. Vänlig och informativ personal. Superb frukost. Dock litet rum. saknades skohorn (något vi tycker är viktigt). En bättre garderob hade varit bra. I övrigt kan vi varmt rekommendera detta ställe.

Great cute little hotel. Super convenient as it’s near public transport and accessible by uber. One of the cleanest hotels I’ve been to. The elevator is a bit tricky to navigate with large suitcases but that’s all!
