Worst Hotel Experience
We had originally booked 11 nights for our honeymoon to experience Nusa Lembongan, but unfortunately, we checked out 4 days earlier due to the issues we encountered during our stay.
Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel turned out to be the worst hotel experience we've ever had. On our first day, we encountered a large lizard (about 40 cm in length) on the balcony. We immediately contacted the staff, and while they were responsive and quickly removed the creature, this was just the beginning of a much larger issue. Throughout our stay, we were repeatedly disturbed by lizards, geckos, caterpillars, and various insects appearing in our room. The geckos, in particular, were quite noisy at night. Initially, we accepted this as part of staying in Bali, where such creatures are common. However, the situation escalated when we spotted a mouse walking along the wall of our room. We contacted the staff again, and they kindly moved us to another room.
Unfortunately, the problem persisted. Early the next morning, we discovered a gecko, roughly the size of a cat, in the bathroom of the new room. The staff promptly removed it when we reported it, but by this point, we had lost all confidence in the hotel’s ability to provide a comfortable and safe environment.
