Friendly, good location
We only stayed on night but round the room comfortable. Quirky, yet had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. Staff were friendly and helpful. We appreciated the early check-in and the luggage store after we checked out. The location was very good to explore Lisbon with the metro close by too.

Charming quaint hotel in great neighborhood
This is the most adorable place you can imagine, right in the heart of Chiado. The rooms are compact (European style) but the view of the river and city street is marvelous. The front staff was incredibly friendly. Note that there's no lift so you may have to carry your luggage up several flights of stairs.

Een propere hotelkamer, de badkamer was proper maar er hing een douchegordijn (in de douche want de kamer was te klein, niet zo hygiënisch).. de kamer was ruim maar heel weinig plaats om je spullen kwijt te kunnen.. de badkamer was klein, je moest je telkens bukken en soms in bochten wringen.. de douche was voor ons te klein (1m67) en moesten ons dus bukken in de douche.. het uitzicht was heel mooi, maar een heel smal balkon. Dank aan personeel waar we met alle vragen terecht konden, alsook het dragen van onze koffers naar de kamer, deze was namelijk op het bovenste verdiep wat soms wel zwaar was na een hele dag op en neer in Lissabon te wandelen. (Geen lift)

Lovely quiet hotel. We were on the top floor where ceiling was very low so we could not stand up in part of the bathroom. Also no closet or space to hang up clothes. Very friendly staff and good location compensate for the inconveniences.

Lovely boutique type hotel. Checkin was easy and the service was top notch. Greeted with a yummy piece of lemon cake and port upon arrival. Breakfast was included and it many options and was delicious. Would stay here again.

Chiado 44 is a nice property and very well located near many shops, restaurants and local landmarks. The staff here goes above and beyond to ensure you have a pleasant stay. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is the lack of an elevator (we were staying on the 5th floor!) Fortunately staff were more than accommodating and did take our luggage to our room. There is no kitchen/restaurant on site but there are many choices close by. We were given many good restaurant recommendations and were not disappointed with their choices.

Room was beautiful and the view couldnt be beat. Great location for everything. (Shopping, eating, transportation,etc.) I could not say enough about the staff! Each and every staff member made our stay that much better. Thanks! Bed was very comfortable. We requested 2 extra pillows the day before arrival, and they were in the room. Room is small, but big enough unless you're planning on spending more time in the room than out. NOW .....for the downside. The only one, and it was minor to us, no elevator. Stairs only. Not including the landing, it took us 83 steps to our room. With that in mind, We would stay there again if we are ever in that part of the world, and highly recommend this establishment.

Viagem de Lua de Mel.
Nossa estadia foi super agradável! Era nossa lua de mel e o quarto estava super limpo em cômodo. A vista da janela é bem bonita e o chuveiro e banheiro são confortáveis. O quarto é pequeno mas como estávamos com pouca mala não nos incomodou. Nos deixaram um espumante é uma cartinha parabenizando pela lua de mel que foi um plus! A localização também é muito boa! Fizemos tudo andando na diária que estivemos lá. Uma atendente em especial foi muito gentil, se não me engano se chamava Monica. Ela falava espanhol e era um amorzinho!
