Die Person die uns den Schlüssel gegeben hat war sehr unfreundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr klein und als wir eingecheckt haben war im Bad die Klospülung nicht betätigt worden vom Vorgänger. Auch die Dusche ließ an Sauberkeit zu wünschen übrig. Ansonsten liegt die Unterkunft in Bahnhofsnähe und war dafür praktisch. Länger als eine Nacht möchte ich dort jedoch nicht verbringen.

Il B&B è molto bello e molto pulito, i gestori molto gentili, la colazione non è certo quella delle foto, non c’è neanche il caffè, la zona in cui è ubicato è veramente malfamata.

Naples is pretty run down in general…
The area is a bit dodgey right next to a betting shop. We had to wait for our host to let us into the building but in that time lots of bystanders gathered looking at us making us feel unsafe. When the host arrived he was a little rude and unapproachable so couldn’t ask many questions. But Naples in general is a rough city so maybe this was unavoidable. Really close to central train station which was a plus, but just don’t go out late at night. Room had a stuffy smell to it with minimal bedding. Quilts were shoved in the draws but smelt so we didn’t use them.

The toilet sink is clogged with water, the windows are very small, the air conditioner is broken, and the TV is broken. The manager had to watch the soccer game, so I had to hurry in time for the check-in. The street was messy and I had to pay for the parking lot separately, but it was very inconvenient. Don't use it!!!

PABLO JAS NO MANNERS AT ALL I THINK IS THE OWNNER. place outside is dirty streets dangerous place and the buliding os awfull. I will never recomend this place. Bed sheets where with stain, room was clean overall . Breakfast is not a breakfast and commom area are not for use is pablos office. Not recommended

Convenient 1 Night Stay
Our flight was over an hour delayed. Paolo waited past midnight to greet us in front of the hotel making feel welcome and safe. The room was clean and it was easy to get to the train station in the morning.

Pass on this one
This B&B turned out to be in a seemingly rough part of town near the train station. 100% did not feel comfortable walking around in evening & night. B&B owner was not there when we tried to check in, had to wait about 20 minutes for them to arrive. Room was OK, but there were hairs all over the bed when we got there. Would not sty here again.

Vriendelijk personeel. Ze doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo prettig mogelijk te maken. Ontbijt is veel zoet :-) Entree is vreemd maar als je boven aankomt is het netjes en schoon. Hotel ligt vlakbij het station. Goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding.

B&B's info needs to be updated
The bedroom was basic but it does the job. The B&B in general was clean and tidy. Only thing to comment about the room was the mattress which are extremely soft and it kind of sucks you in. If the reservation is made through hotels.com, be aware the information on the platform is not accurate and there are hidden fees that are not mentioned. For example, in hotels.com, the checkout is at 11am but once you arrive to the hotel you see a sign with some rules and the real checkout is at 10am. On hotels.com, it says the check in is until 8pm and if a later check in is needed, you shall contact the hotel and made the request in advance. There isn't any mention of an additional fee for this service. In the same way it mentions there is a tourist fee of 2.5 euros per person per night, they should also mention this as well. We were charged 20 euros extra for it. I wouldn't recommended it due to the mismatching information, lack of transparency and hidden fees.

Cosas buenas: el sitio es muy prolijo y bonito. El ares no o un para el desayuno es pequeña considerando la cantidad de habitaciones pero está bien equipada. El desayuno abundante y rico. El personal súper amable y considerado. Cosas malas: el hotel está en la segunda planta de un edificio, cuya puerta está dentro de otro edificio compartido. En ese pórtico intermedio duerme gente de la casa le borracha a a toda hora. Con lo cual estarás dentro del hotel, pero no del todo a salvo de este tipo de personajes. El barrio es inseguro, en un día vimos muchas cosas raras, peleas, robos, etc.
