Room was supposed to be a king suite, got a 2 queen room instead. Refrigerator didn’t work and TV did not work correctly. Couch had not been cleaned properly.

Front desk person was a young girl more interested in her electronic reader and finishing her story that dealing with customers in front of her. Later, outr key card didn’t work on the side door. We knocked but she just sat there sitting Indian style at the desk looking at us. Another guest finally opened the door. Room was not stocked fully and we were told items had been on back order for 2 months (plenty of time to have a back up plan). When we talked to a supervisor the next morning (no manager available) she told us they would do one of two things, give us a refund or additional points on our Hilton honors account. Neither happened and we never heard from them again. Absolutely not what we expect for Hilton honors members.
