I made my reservation a hour before I arrived at the hotel and the front desk said they did not have it. I showed them my phone with the conf number. She said it still hasn’t come through. She said I could call hotels.com. She finally called and I got to check in after waiting about 15 minutes. The refrigerator didn’t work. Shower didn’t get hot enough. The bed was not comfortable like most Marriotts I stay at. I was really disappointed. The breakfast lady was super sweet.
