Right on the beach
The room is small but very cute! The best thing is that it’s right on the beach…just a few steps away. They have lounge chairs or the option to go to two different beach clubs without a cover charge. Water pressure in the shower was amazing! Just wish it had a little fridge.

Camera non molto grande pulita. Sei direttamente in spiaggia. L’hotel offre camere tranquille ma non ha nessun servizio di ristorazione o bar, per questo Motivo si appoggia all’hotel accanto Ahau. L’hotel come tutta la zona ha prezzi molto alti.

Casa Ganesh. Gran experiencia!
Excelente servicio. Gran asistencia por parte de front desk y gerencia. Me volvería a quedar una y mil veces más. Ubicación privilegiada en tulum. El ruido de la calle o clubes cercanos se pierde dentro de la habitación.

We had a great stay at Ganesh and the beach is beautiful. The staff is nice and helpful. Just know that there is a lot of noise all day around due to its location. Other than that, it is a great place to stay at and it is right in the middle of the nightlife of Tulum beach.

The staff was super helpful with directions to restaurants and surrounding things, also very friendly! There’s also a security guard on duty so it was nice feeling safe the whole time. The location was perfect and had access to the beautiful tulum beach as well. 10/10 stay!

La limpieza de su playa y de sus camastros, levantar el poco o mucho sargazo qué llega, una regadera en la playa. Cuidar el espacio de su fachada, los taxistas se apropian de la entrada y es muy molesto lidiar con ellos.

Casa Ganesh está súper pequeñito y súper bonito. Las habitaciones están súper limpias. Las tortugas desovan dentro de ella. Se encuentra a lado del restaurante Rosa Negra y Junior puede conseguir reservación. Nos trataron súper bien. Es el primer hotel de hoteles.com que me da la botella de vino que le dan a los miembros Silver. Me dieron un mezcal pequeñito Ojo de Tigre. La verdad que nunca me acuerdo de pedirla y es la primera vez que me la dan sin yo solicitarla. ¡Me encantó! No tiene beach club pero igualmente ahí tienen convenios con otros y con un estacionamiento super cerca.

Lovely place to stay for a convenient quiet and affordable time in Tulum.. would have loved better amenities like a pool and restaurant on the property but there were lots of options walking distance both on and off the beach

The hotel is clean, conditioner worked very well, very friendly and helpful staff. A lot of restaurants are around, there are music clubs close by cause the hotel is in the heart of Tulum beach but we didn’t really care the loud music. Gomart is close also. You can use swimming pool of Rosa negra hotel which is next door, also art park of ahau hotel is free for you.

Tuvimos una gran experiencia en la reserva anterior, que decidimos volver después de un día de habernos ido a otra ciudad, la atención de los hostes en especial de Junior, fue excelente ! A very cozy hotel with security gate with the code given to you once you check-in by pressing the bell on the right side of the gate, a worker will come out to greet you. Room is cozy, super clean, AC/ceiling fan works great. Walks right to the beach in one minute and there are beach chairs waiting. Feels like a private beach area with not a lot of people, beach towel given upon request. We love this place, with friendly staff, no noise on our end. We would absolutely stay here again, Junior was super nice and accommodating, asked if we needed restaurant reservations, attraction/tour needs. He made us feel super welcomed and comfortable, no complaints at all within our one week stay here. The only thing I wish them have is a ramp for us to bring our bikes up, it was a bit of a struggle, it would be a great convenience for future guests if they rented bikes like we did. But overall everything is great from the cleanliness, comfortable bed/sheets, fast hot water, great AC, doting customer service, restaurant with walking distance convenience, and GREAT beach access right in their backyard! Everything is BEAUTIFUL!
