Terrible Hotel(not really a hotel)with few options
This is no better than a hostel. It is NOT 4 star....I have stayed in 2 star hotels that were nicer than this...We wanted to stay by the airport after traveling through Italy and having an early morning flight. The other hotel at the airport was a Hilton which was rated even worse. List of issues... Room was dirty. Hallways were full of scuff marks Bathroom show door missing Bathroom tiles dirty Bathroom tiles missing. It does not have a restaurant as advertised (you can walk to terminal and find terrible food) It is expensive for what you get No cover on the mattress(I hope we didnt get bed bugs) No covers on the pillows Thin mattress No desk space AC unit did not work well. I can go on... It is sceevy I wish that FCO would have a decent airport hotel since the city is more than 30 minutes away. But they clearly did not focus on it.

Towels had a strange smell, does not smell fresh. The service desk was closed after midnight and they locked up the lobby. I was lucky that someone passed by so I was able to check in.

If you book the single room, it is quite literally a bed and a shower and when the shower drain plugged and couldn't take a shower you only get 1/2 the value. Add to that the staff not willing to do anything about it.

Very Overpriced for the Motel 6 kind of property. Charged me $50 for early check in. The only good thing about that hotel is the location, right in the airport terminal building

LOVE this Hello Sky Hotel Room here at Rome Fiumicino Airport! It is an excellent choice for an overnight stay! The agent at reception was so wonderful & kind to us when we checked in. Our double room with a queen bed was super comfortable for a good night’s rest after long haul flights traveling from Hawaii to Italy! And the convenience & location is incredible! All we had to do was walk from baggage claim in terminal 3 to get to this hotel. Took less than 5 minutes. This is a wonderful hotel and well worth the price we paid. We will definitely stay here again when we’re back in Rome! Oh and we had the most delicious marguerita pizza at Rosso Pomodoro in Terminal 1, just a couple minutes walk from the Hello Sky Hotel! For the dining options alone (even the hotel offers food at great prices!), we made the right choice to book this hotel.

Perhaps it’s only for the convenience
This hotel is decent for a night stay before my early departure. The shower area could use a deep scrub cleaning where the dirt and soap buildup along the tile baseboards. The laminate floors in the living area also needs a good buff. It looks quite dirty.
