Great place to stay and get all inclusive!

This is the second time I stay at this hotel and I always have a wonderful and pleasant experience. It’s clean very comfortable the staff is very friendly the food is good. I do not recommend going to eat Italian food it was very disappointed with the food and I waited 2 hours to be seated. I do recommend el patio for Mexican food everything I had there was amazing from appetizer soups main course and desert! Breakfast is always great they have many selections and I enjoy getting a quick bite poolside with hamburgers and hot dogs. Night entertainment is always fun!

Nos cambiaron la habitación sin nuestro consentim.

Habíamos reservado una habitación con vista al mar, cerca de la piscina. Cuando llegamos , nos cambiaron a una habitación lejos de la playa, lejos de la piscina y restaurantes. No fue tan agradable.

Worst hotel ever

Check was unfriendly, took over an hour to get us into our room which wasn’t the room I paid for. I paid for ocean view with a balcony. I got garden view with swim out and a bunch of kids jumping in and out of the pool making a lot of noise. I went back to check and told them his isn’t the room I paid for. He inform me this was an upgrade and I should be happy, I said I am not happy with all the kids noise and I’m sure these kids don’t want to hear me having adult fun. He change my room to an ocean view first floor, can’t even see the ocean. The room smelled horrible I called them and informed them of the smell they sent someone over to spray the room. I killed two roaches, no bath or hand towels, the mini bar was not stock. Needless to say the time only got worst. I called hotels.com for help I couldn’t connect due to bad phone service called after I got back and got the runaround. Worst hotel ever, wasn’t worth the price. Did I mention there was also a sand crab in my room smh

The staff was amazing, Aranza and Baby Jesus was so much fun to be around. Live bands and live entertainment every night. I would recommend friends, any couples or family to stay at this resort.

Check in process was extremely slow. It took about 2 hours to check in. There was no organization as to who was next in line. The staff kept asking the same questions: What is the reservation name, confirmation number, etc. It was frustrating having to wait and we had to postpone tours for this same reason. Some of the staff near the pool area were rude and not helpful when we would ask something. The bed was uncomfortable. When we wanted to go out at night, the staff informed us there was no longer transportation (taxis, shuttle) anymore. We had to figure out how to get a taxi ourselves, when usually the hotel should have it. We have never had this issue before when staying in Mexico, even due to COVID. They also told us taxis take 2 people only, but when we went into town the taxis had about 5 people in them. So we were very confused about this. In addition, every time we would leave or enter the hotel, they would ask us for our names room number and it just seemed like they never had our information correctly because they kept asking the same thing all over again. It was a lot. Overall, we will not be coming back and it is hard to recommend this place.

The check-in process was an absolute mess. We were seated separately from the ridiculously long check-in line and were told that the rooms were ready but we decided to hold off on going to the rooms to wait for our friends to check in as well. After about 40 minutes, we decided to ask for our room keys but were told that our rooms weren't ready. After being told that they will be ready by 3-4pm, I set an alarm on my phone to approach them by 4pm latest. When I went back to the front desk, I was told to go eat and enjoy the resort and come back later for the room but I absolutely refused and FINALLY got the room keys. After dropping off our personal bags and jackets, we checked out the resort for about 2-3 hours. Going back into the room, our luggage was not there. We called the front desk about it and found out that NONE of our friends' luggage was in their room. Finally they were brought up. The check-in process was the absolute worst. But there were some good aspects too. The pool was lovely and we enjoyed playing volleyball. The food was also great at the different restaurants and the staff were always friendly and helpful to answer any question we had. We had an amazing beach party that we all enjoyed. We also went on some excursions and thankfully the amazing Luis Enrique was amazing in helping my group of 11 find a perfect time/day to go on the excursions. Overall the stay was good but it just didn't start out that way in the check-in process.

The service is incredible. Everyone was super nice and the room was perfect. The only downside for me was the food and the cocktails.
