Affordable in the French Quarter
Perfect place to stay in the French Quarter. Close to everything. (Bourbon St bar area and French market a 10 minute walk) Affordable. Easiest check in and check out ever. Code given to you over email. Garden Room was appropriate for French Quarter. Lots of charm. Room is small, but we spent no time in it anyway. Mattress probably needs an upgrade. Walls are thin. Didn’t bother us because we have teens/early 20 kids so we can fall asleep anywhere. Neighborhood is safe. They can accommodate big groups with connecting rooms, but I found it perfect for couples looking to experience the French Quarter without a car for a few days.

Room is just off Bourbon Street. Close enough to walk to the action within minutes yet far enough that it was safe and quiet. Would definitely book again.

Great Honeymoon!
Our room was well maintained, clean, and close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. There’s a beautiful little courtyard attached and the vibe was very laid back and chill. We had to enter through a locked gate to get to our room, which also had a keypad lock and we felt safe our whole stay. My wife and I are already talking about booking again and making another trip. We had a great honeymoon!

So cute and quaint. We stayed in the garden room. Just enough room to move around. The furnishing and decor is very indigenous of area. The area is quiet and close to most things you may want to do. Only con is the walls are thin so, you will hear your neighbor. Parking is hit or miss. So, we just left ours on a paid lot.

Very safe and quiet location and a short 10 min walk to Bourbon street. We were there for the football game that was less than 30 min walk. Never met any staff but very good communication by email. They were very happy to help with my few requests. Rooms are small but absolutely don't need any more for 2 people and a short stay.

Unfortunately my carpet floor was wet when I arrived and the room smelt damp all week. You can hear the train horn at 5am every day too which is a shame. Apart from that, it's a good location for the French Quarter. The lady who helped with fresh towels was lovely - thank you

Staff were responsive and helpful. The guest house is cozy, charming, and secure. It is in a quieter area of the French Quarter with quick access to everything nearby. Keep in mind the age of the building and the small size of the rooms, but don't let that scare you away if you're looking for an immersive experience. Don't bother renting a car, just uber to and from the airport. You wont need it. You may want to stop at a grocery store for a few items to stock your mini fridge as the nearby grocers are small.

Place was stylish and quiet. There was a nice common area outside with lush landscaping to relax and have a morning coffee. AC was cold. Getting in the room was a little confusing at first, but not overwhelming. Rooms are fairly small. Would stay again.

Wonderful bunk room in the French quarter!
My son and I absolutely loved the room and the beds were super comfortable! We really were able to get the French quarter experience. The only negative was that the toilet closet and the shower were super small.

The property felt very safe And very conveniently located. Easy to find and near everything we wanted to see and do. Really appreciated the decoration and layout But photos of the room made it appear to be much larger ... it was a very small room. Housekeeping staff was super nice and helpful but management was not around. They were good about communicating though.
