Too old building , room too old , no facilities, toilet in room very small , we booked a room for 4ppl , 2 single bead and 2 tatami. Only Onsen is good
great to have private onsen. their buffet breakfast were great. sadly they made mistake on our prepaid dinners. we bought the room that included dinner and breakfast but they said we didn't pay for breakfast.
1. No reply for shuttle bus request until i call for expedia. They replied that no seat available but no further reply for another requstion for other location. Very disappointed.
2. I booked the time for private bathroom but they made a mistake for othertime. Although they had provided a free private bathroom for me, they had not noted to the reception. It took me to wait for their confirmation. Very disappointed.
3. Staff is helpful to us to change a room from Japanese style to western style. But the western room is very small, appeared very dirty and not clean.
4. I confirmed the shuttle bus to airport at reception. But the time is very early at 10am.
5. Buffet is reasonable but hot dishes are not hot enough.
6. Location is 10 minutes to main street. It becomes difficult to access in winter time.
7. Hotel mainly servied for tours. It is very busy and noise at some period of times.
8. Onsen is good but outdoor is small and have restricted view.
9. Communication to staff in english is limited.
10. Meal description in room booking is not clear to describe. It is below my expectation.
The staff is really bad. Not explaining well about the surcharges for kids and no communication with Expedia. They keep mentioning this is Expedia fault since Expedia didn’t charges all surcharges for kid but in Expedia invoice, all surcharges for kids should be included. We paid surcharges in Expedia but the hotel said it’s not enough.
