Room was comfortable and clean, except the aircon dripped (inside) constantly. Hotel is not particularly close to anything.

This is a good hotel if you want to get away from the noise. It’s far away from the tourist areas, I.e. pantong which you catch a local bus which does not take long to get there. The staff are friendly, nice and attentive. Definitely would recommend this hotel.

The location was quite difficult to find as I missed a turning and had to make a big round to get on the right route. Hotel surroundings very quiet, room was big and clean. Basic necessities where there. Only problem was there was a lot of mosquitoes as we booked a pool access room. We stayed for 3 nights, breakfast was decent, you have 4 choices of cooked breakfast and unlimited coffee and toast. Swimming pool water not very clean, and the mosquitoes were really a nuisance. Surroundings wise was quiet and away from the buzz of phuket town, if you walk out to opposite the school, you can find food and a 7-11. So not much of a problem. It's a 20 min walk to phuket old town aka thalang road and 10 min walk to Robinson shopping centre where you have day and night markets. As I rented a car, getting around wasn't that difficult, 15 min drive to big c or chao fah variety market.

Fantastic room, sparking clean and huge bed.

The Malika is a great hotel, with a beautiful pool. Boy, the receptionist, would super helpful in helping us plan our scooter rental and ferry accommodations. The location is a bit remote and requires a vehicle of some sort to get to any point of interest.
