You get what you pay for.
It was dirty. Like really dirty. My socks were almost black after just a few hours there. The comforters had stains on them. The sheets didn’t look like they were actually washed. I moved the bed to check for bed bugs and it was so dirty behind it. The dresser in the room had three slots, but only two drawers that weren’t placed in the right slots. I sat on the bed and the whole bed like tilted. It was not worth it, no matter the price. My daughter wanted to stay and sleep in our vehicle instead of there. We ended up leaving very quickly.

Better than sleeping in my car
This is a very budget hotel along a row of three or four on Old Brodhead Road. Three floors with a functional elevator but this trip, I was in room 101 which is right next to the coin op laundry. Needless to say, the noise factor (machines, conversations) was significant at all hours of the night. Checked in at 3 PM and was out by 7 AM the next morning. It's adequate and cheaper by almost half (in some cases, well more than half) of the other options. If I were staying longer than one night, I'd spend the money but for a quick trip on a budget, this will do.

Good accommodation for the price.
Decor could use some freshening up. Room was clean. Friendly, accommodating staff. My room card didn’t work 2 different times. That was a little inconvenient having to go back to the desk to get it rest. Overall a decent stay

The first bedroom offered reeked of smoke. I complained about it and was changed to a less smoky room but still smells of smoke. Room , bathroom were clean . Staff at night was terrible . Not smiling, not friendly and asked my mobile phone number 6 times . I offered politely if I could write it down but instead she gave me a stern look.
