The hotel crew service is exceptional. I forgot my passport at hotel Lancaster and only find it out at the suitcase scanning service at Beirut airport. I called the hotel receptionist who immediately and willingly sent the shuttle with the passport. The shuttle driver came inside the airport and handed me the passport at the suitcases inspection point so that I do not lose my place in the long waiting queue. I am very thankful to the hotel team and I acknowledge with gratitude the crucial assistance they have provided.

WiFi soooo poor. You have limited access to 3 devices. The reception team are not professional at all. The area is nice and calm.

Hotel location is in most strategic spot on Sheikh Zayed Road. All kinds of coffee shops and restaurants are around the building. Small details with the room, if properly taken care of , could have converted the room into a luxurious spot. Same applies to the lobby and reception.

Previous experience wasn’t great. Stayed there again and it was great. Room was perfect, service was magnificent and location is spot on. Highly recommend.

Location was great, room was clean but unfortunately the mattress was uncomfortable. I wanted to book extra nights as the location was convenient, staff were unable to help. The reservation staff member was in reachable and I was informed to contact via email as I had previous issue contacting the hotel by phone. One week later still no response. I decided to book elsewhere.
