Great Inn - just don’t use the kitchen
Great central location and clean rooms. Breakfast of pastry, juice and coffee available in the small kitchenette. Kitchenette is listed as an available amenity for guests, as is the fridge within the kitchenette. We put a small lunch bag in the bottom of the fridge and promptly found a note to remove it immediately. We also loaded our coffee cups used during the day directly in the dishwasher and was told off for that as well. Receptionist hovers around you when you are using the coffee machine offering to take over the coffee making. Kitchen is not really a guest amenity and we didn’t feel at ease using it.

A lucky find
Excellent great staff and service. Room tastefully decorated, with a little lounge and well stocked kitchen as a bonus. Position very good with great restaurants nearby. For breakfast, MacDonalds and Subway virtually either side of entrance.

Convenient location, lovely rooms
Amazing location, lovely spot to stay. Beds are comfy. Rooms are quiet and dark at night time. Open the windows and you have a view of the Duomo. Rooms have air conditioning, bar fridge, and couch. 3 minute walk to the Galleria dell'Academia, 5 minute walk to the Duomo, 15 minute walk to the train station. Very pleasant stay.

Nice and clean hotel room in a very good area. Complimentary water, coffee & breakfast in the morning was convenient. Everything was great except the hair dryer wasn’t powerful enough. Definitely recommend!

This property is excellent and our host was flexible, kind, courteous and always happy to serve us. It was within easy walking distance of the Duomo, excellent food and shopping. The Accademia Gallery is right around the corner and the Ufizzi gallery is nearby. Croissants and coffee are available for breakfast for free.

Nice room close to the Duomo
This was not exactly a hotel, more like converted rooms in an old apartment building. The elevator was VERY small and the place was very hard to find, there was no signage. Once we were inside, it was comfortable but small. There were drinks and coffee in a common area and the check in was very pleasant. We only stayed one night, and that was great, as Florence was super crowded and we couldn't wait to leave.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa. A localização é ótima, fácil acesso a pé até muitas atrações, principalmente da Duomo e da Galleria Dell'Accademia. O quarto é confortável e bonito. O chuveiro é alto, por isso vaza um pouco durante o banho. Porém todo dia o banheiro é muito bem limpo, assim como o quarto. Há uma cozinha de apoio próxima aos quartos onde há uma geladeira com água, Prosecco, cerveja e até iogurte servidos à vontade. E também máquina de café. Pela manhã, apesar de não ter café da manhã, são oferecidos croissants com geléia e Nutella, acompanhados de capuccino feito na hora. Ótima hospitalidade!

the hotel is gorgeous with beautiful rooms, a nice common living space and kitchenette with free water, coffee, teas (free water is practically a luxury in Europe). The building itself has the tiniest elevator I’ve ever seen, only one of us with a suitcase fit at a time and we were dropped off right at the door and still thought we were in the wrong place because the sign was just a small brass plaque that we didn’t notice at first. Location otherwise is good though, we walked to San Marco piazza and the Cathedral (duomo). Train station is also only a 15 min walk (or the same length to drive). The city is just packed with people constantly so keep in mind how busy it is

Excelente opção para Florença
A estadia foi incrível, a recepção, organização e beleza do hotel são ótimas. Mesmo sem ter café da manhã incluído, nos serviram um belo capuccino com geleia e croissant, vale lembrar que nos presentearam também com vinho, cerveja e água. Recomendo, a localização também é ótima.
