Highly recommend
Staff: Nice and helpful. They will assist you and answer your questions if you have any problems Room: Clean and comfortable. The whole room is good to me. Very clean in both the toilet and bed. Comfortable bed Equipments: Almost all you are looking for are provided. Conditioner, shampoo, hair-dryer, safe...etc Location: near bus station connecting to Stratford. If you don't mind to change bus and tube, it is good. Highly recommend this hotel. There is a shopping mall in Stratford as well.

Another lovely stay
Have stayed here several times and have always been made to feel very welcome. The rooms are fabulous as is the food. Would be nice to have glasses in the room for water at night or other cold drinks Parking can be quite difficult as only a very small carpark but it is gated entry that has full CCTV which is good. There is some street parking at limited times

Everything was spot on. All tidy and clean, modern furnishings. Nothing to complain. A very pleasant stay. Only improvement for me personally would be a good a fitted sheet on the bed rather that a flat sheet but a minor detail

Nice hotel. I left some belongings in my room after I checked out. However, Giorgio was extremely helpful; confirmed that he had my belongings, kept them safe, and kept in contact with me to ensure that the courier collected my things. Thank you Giorgio!

Another nice stay
Another stay at the Lion and Key as we were visiting family nearby. As usual the room was v clean and everything worked . The aircon heated the room up and cooled it down efficiently . The hotels is quiet and while it has a lot of rooms according to the site it has never been busy whenever we have visited .We will v probably stay again as it very convenient for us when we are down seeing family . it is not a touristy bit of London and while I suppose you can get everywhere on public transport I am not sure it would be the best choice for people wanting to see the main sights of London .

From start to finish our stay at The Lion and Key Hotel was amazing. We arrived quite early and the staff worked hard to get our room ready 3 hours early, which was so greatly appreciated after traveling from the US. When the staff learned we had just gotten married, they decorated our room to celebrate, just above and beyond. We spent quite a bit of time in the bar and restaurant on site, the staff, food, and drink was amazing! We will definitely stay again our next trip to London.
