Overrated
We checked the rating before booking this hotel, but we were completely disappointed. The room was small, the noise-proof was poor, and the wifi in our rooms basically did not work at all. The breakfast offered was beyond expectation (partly due to the seasons according to the staff). The staff was only okay. I can now only recall two good parts: the relative nearness to the Yosemite and the antique interior decorations. Overall speaking the hotel was disappointed.

Ficamos em um quarto no piso inferior, ouvimos muito barulho. Localização boa para ir para Yosemite especialmente a parte sul - Glacier Point e a floresta de Sequoias. Não recomendaria no entanto, pois o valor é relativamente alto em comparação a outros hotéis da região. Pontos altos: fica em um rancho e é muito tranquilo, vimos pequenas renas passeando pelo pátio. Café da manhã incluso. Atendimento muito atencioso; gostamos muito da Diana. Pontos baixos: custo-benefício (pague um pouco a mais para ter maior conforto e a segurança de um quarto silencioso). Ou um pouco a menos e economizar! Azar na hora de pegar um quarto nos fundos no piso inferior que acabou estragando um pouco a nossa experiência. A piscina fica fechada no outono.

Booked last minute stay here as close proximity to Yosemite. The ranch is in a very picturesque setting and it seemed cosy on our arrival. Our room was fairly small but it didn’t bother us as we were on there a night. The room was dusty, the bathroom has cobwebs over the lights ! The shower also wasn’t that clean The building must have very thin walls as could hear everyone walking up and down and doors slamming from our room Breakfast was just awful- there were no hot food options left- they had run out of ‘breakfast sandwiches’ but they offered us a hard boiled egg?? If they had eggs they could have made some scrambled eggs… had to settle for some yoghurt which tastes of nothing and some toast which was really small bread! Shocking really at the price we paid for a night.. we’ve been on a California road trip and this is the worst hotel we’ve stayed in so far.. stay else where!
