Not worth the stay
Slow internet, bad connection. No one responded to messages or phone calls. Everything was closed Christmas. Waste of a stay for the day. No concierge assistance during check in. Room by the lobby so you can hear everything outside of the room.
Cars were parked in the way in front of valet so we couldn't unload our things at the front door. On top of that there were no carts available for us to transfer our items into the room easily by ourselves. No microwave in the hotel room so we had to search for a microwave to warm up our food, which front desk pointed us in the wrong direction. Smoking was allowed next to the building so you walk into a cloud of smoke if people are hanging out by the entrance of the building. Breakfast was extra cost of $25 per person but it was worse than what's offered at free continental breakfast at cheaper hotels. Only plus side was spacious room with indoor balcony and massage tub. Everything else was subpar and for the prize, absolutely not worth it.
