Tyvärr var detta ett av de absolut sämsta boende som vi någonsin haft och vi har rest en hel del. Messner palace är tydligen från 1600-talet och det är ju fint tyvärr var skicket som från 1600-talet, t o m frottéhanddukarna var trådslitna. Att hotellet stoltserar med 4,5 stjärnor är närmast ett hån. Möjligen om vi räknar på en 25-gradig skala skulle 4,5 vara rätt. Rummet slitet med slitna tapeter med fläckar på och en oaptitlig heltäckningsmatta. Så åk inte hit är vårt tips!
Personalen ok, frukosten på gränsen till ok.

The room was generally clean, but after the shower, the toilet is full of water and you feel like you are in the lake. When you open the window of the room, there are flies everywhere, when you tell the reception, they said there was no fly medicine and they did not help. They are not interested in service and are not enough to answer a question when asked

Main areas were quaint but room needed new furniture (veneer coming away from chipboard), new mattress (sagging in middle), new carpet, new wall paper, new bathroom and a lick of paint (damp patch on ceiling). Food in the restaurant was nice and very good value (guests receive 40% discount). Overall a good budget hotel for Venice, just needs a little freshen up.

They used fake pic of the bathroom to trap customers into booking their hotel. In reality you’ll get bathroom with cracked tiles and full of black mold. Broken furniture and rude personnel. The worst stay in my life.

Slitt hotell med møkkete teppegulv på rommet. Generelt dårlig renhold. Aircondition skrudde seg av og på og var ganske bråkete. Kjøleskapet på rommet virket ikke. Ved forespørsler kunne ikke personalet hjelpe eller ordne, fikk heller ingen kompensasjon for det som var. Personalet var ikke særlig imøtekommende. Anbefaler ikke dette hotellet. Undres på hvordan dette hotellet kan ha så mange stjerner som det oppgir.

I would like to upload photos of this place so you can see for yourself. Unfortunately this option is not available on this survey. It is the dirtiest place with an awful customer service. Let's put it this way, the holes, cracks and the chandelier not properly attached to the ceiling, made me wonder if the ceiling would collapse and if I would be alive the next day.
Shame on expedia for not closely scanning the advertised hotels and allowing deceiving pictures to be posted on their site.

During 90 plus temps the AC either didnt work or was not on (the front desk person had the remote to it and didn’t make sure it was on even when we complained).
So once turned on, it still didn’t work. And all the front desk person could say to us is “there is nothing i can do it’s just me here.” Just horrible! The room was dirty, the ceiling was falling, and the AC didn’t work half the time. Not worth the stay.

Pas terrible du tout pour le prix payé !
Pas un 4 etoiles du tout. Hôtel très très simple. Chambre minuscule. Une vraie fournaise !Climatisation ne fonctionnait pas. Et pour chaque changement de température, il fallait appeler le concierge avec une télécommande.

Disappointing lack of empathy.
Terrible experience. Less than 3 hours after booking I realised I could't afford this hotel. I stupidly thought that I'd be protected by a 48 hour cool off period. There's no such thing. I thought perhaps I could seek understanding from the hotel besides I'd booked a room only 3 hours earlier, the booking was more than 3 weeks away and I offered to pay a cancellation fee. The hotel flatly refused my first email and ignored any follow up.
I've since noted the terrible reviews that report the hotel has bed bugs, bad smells, broken furniture, unclean rooms, bad customer service, security issues, questionable positive revies and poor response to negativity (to name a few) so I'm glad I did not stay here.
As far as I'm concerned this hotel stole my money. But thankyou for teaching me that just because a hotel can be understanding and provide good customer service they dont have to and just won't. A hard lesson but I'll be more cautious in future.

Staff was not helpful giving information about public water shuttles, water taxis, and other important information about how to get to the property & the best way to leave.
Wrong information they gave me caused me to be fined on the public water shuttle ,
