Age is showing

It’s just starting to show its age. It has a retro look to it. Front desk staff were helpful but I believe they are from India. I had a difficult time understanding both of them, they were friendly though. The shower was a bit dirty and wasn’t very hot.

Hotel Needs Work

This place was convenient for us having an appointment at the hospital, but the hotel needs to be better taken care of. We were very disappointed that there is a treadmill, but we found out it didn’t work when we were ready to exercise. Also, the breakfast was okay, but lacking some items as more freshly made eggs. It was okay and enough to get by, but it is just run down.

The employees are awesome. Very friendly and helpful. Our room was great. I do think there is an issue with bathroom sink drainage. Our jacuzzi tube did not work however the pool hot tub was wonderful. Just my opinion but the pillows are to big. Would be nice if some pillows were not so big. Overall great place to stay.

Favorite hotel in town

We always stay here when visiting Huron. It is centrally located in town. Staff are friendly and helpful. There is a Restaurant/lounge with evening hours.

Wasn’t allowed to check in an hour early and when asked if we could check out an hour later was told we would be charged $20, front desk not staffed had to call to get someone- just left key cards on desk no one there

Beautiful suite lots of space but the jet tub was broken and the fireplace didn't work ceiling over tub was falling off and the mattress left much to be desired will not spend that kind money there again

Poor service

Only reason we were staying at hotel is because we had a family gathering. Some of our family lived in Huron so they didn’t need a room but we invited them to hotel so all the kids could swim and hang out longer and they were trying to make them pay $15/piece for a wristband to swim for maybe an hour. Some of the people that did rent a room didn’t even swim but they didn’t care. Also the kids were hanging out in the lobby while we were waiting for our pizza and the receptionist yelled at them and told me that I need to inform them they can’t be playing out here. She was very rude and not accommodating at all.

The property has great potential but they really need to fix up the rooms. The bathroom door wouldn’t close and we had to use our entire body to open the door to our room. Plus the coffee pot wasn’t clean in our room. So we went downstairs to get coffee and you might as well had called it tea. We only stayed one night as we’re traveling and jus made the best of it.
