Perfect experience
Very comfortable and a large room (4 beds in a big room). Facilities are too good - very good bed and washroom. Definitely recommend to others.

It's a spacious room for 4. Within the budget.
The reception was keen and warm but can't manage to organize the same room for two different bookings for the consecutive days is a bit disappointing. The second check in took more than 15 minutes . Overall, it's a comfortable room for two nights to stay in Cardiff though there was no water supply for the second night as the road was under sudden maintainence.

Spacious room . Good location, just 5-10min walking distance to the railway station or the great mall. True free parking for 24hrs/day. Unlimited in/out of the car park. Excellent atmosphere as there are many teenagers, sharing experience. Self-catering kitchen so you can cook . All smiling staffs.

地點佳，職員服務態度非常好 晚上因一位客人堅持要打開電視睡覺，我難以入睡。但職員很乾脆的幫我換了另一間房間就寢。考慮價錢和地點，我會給滿分。客棧內的設施也很新

Great bargain!
For the price of about £10 a night, my 5 days went very well. Not too loud, bathroom in room and plug sockets at my bed. Will stay again and have recommended to friends.

not very helpful - avoid
I cancelled with plenty of notice and was refused option to move dates or refund my costs. Not very helpful or understanding. I had a sick relative that could not attend so we wanted to move dates. Awful customer service
