Running From Hurricane Ida
I had an excellent experience during my stay at Homewood Suites by Hilton Atlanta/Perimeter Center. The entire ambiance of the facility from the amenities to staff was very delightful and inviting. Aletha and Stephane at the front desk and Natasha in the kitchen were extremely accommodating. They all went over and beyond to help make my stay enjoyable and comfortable. Overall, I had a great experience. Again, Thank You Homewood Suites!!

Terrible !!! Stay away !!!
The worst place I have ever stayed ! First a herd of people every night above us which seemed to be all night. Then several calls down to the front desk and nothing received that we asked for a light bulb, asked for and ran out of toilet paper, ran out of towels no room service no one told us that we had to be there for a certain amount of days, also called and asked for room service no one ever came, had to take out our own trash the entire time. Also left in the hall for 2 days either a toilet brush or plunger in a bag and flies and gnats swarmed it for 2 days and sat there for 2 days. The cleanliness of the room was nasty around the shower at the bottom of the floor nothing but dirt and also trash under the beds and on the mattress was a huge stain that I have no idea what it was. I’m very displeased at this stay !

This hotel takes care of their customer!
I arrived late at night after traveling all day, I was told the room I had booked - two beds and a fold out sofa - was not available. I was extremely tired and upset about the situation, not looking forward to reversing the charge and booking somewhere else. The lady at the front desk made it right by giving me the number of beds I had asked for and we were able to stay. The room was very comfortable and I am so grateful for her attention and empathy.

The lack of quality and cleanliness was shocking in the midst of COVID. I had to change rooms three times due to sticky floors, standing water in bathrooms, filthy drawers, and long black hairs stuck to furniture and beds. After the third room, I gave up and stayed with a friend. Dumpsters were also overflowing. That said, the front desk receptionist tried to be as helpful as she could.

Anniversary Trip
We really enjoyed our stay! Convenient location near shopping, expressway and restaurants. Modern and clean and comfortable with friendly service and nice-sized gym. Also, close to a park in a pedestrian-friendly location if you want to take a walk and enjoy the scenery.
