Our stay was great! Place was in the heart of everything and close to everything !! Room was clean, even though the reception was only there from 9-6, I was able to communicate with them about our needs and they were prompt to answer. They were attentive. Also they provide shuttle service which is very convenient. Only complaint i had was since it is in the heart of everything, you can hear people screaming outside and you can hear construction outside since they are repairing the building next door. But other than that we had a great stay!!

Great location and Room
After a few hiccups with our room number due to our late arrival on a Sunday night we were more than happy with the room. Great location right on via del Corso, so lots of shops and amenities around us. Great access to food, sights and major attractions with good walks to everywhere we needed to go. Front of house staff were excellent, rooms serviced daily, good sized room, quiet even though we were on the front, small lift is always a bonus as well. Very happy.

Apartment was in a very good location. A very short walk to Spanish steps & To Trevi Fountain. 2 streets away from the most amazing shopping & plenty of Restaurants. Close also to Metro, so not too difficult to navigate around the City of Beautiful Rome.

The positives were that it was in the heart of nice shopping, walkable to many sites such as Trevi Fountain, Spanish Steps, coffee maker in the kitchen, Receptionist (Alassandra) was kind and helpful. The negatives: we knew there was an elevator, however, we were not made aware that it stopped one floor below our apartment so we had to carry luggage up and around a winding staircase, one of the bedrooms and bath were not air conditioned very well which forced two people to sleep on sofas in the living room (it was exceptionally hot temps in the 90's), stingy with toilet paper (we ran out).Took too long to get hot water in one of the showers. And they had arranged transportation for us with one of their drivers from the cruise port back to the hotel but he never showed up and Allassandra could not get him to respond. Once we knew for sure he was not coming, it took us almost two hours to get another driver which was stressful since we had a tour booked and paid for to visit Vatican City. We made it in the nick of time.

Perfect location
The location is perfect, close to everything, and very quiet at night. however, it is located in the “ Forbidden “ zone, meaning you can not take your car in that area if you’re not a resident there. The hotel didn’t mention anything about that. We had a rental car, and got fined for taking our car.

Location was great within walkable distance to main attractions and it felt a safe area - this is only good point I would mention about our stay in this property. Our room was a deluxe room with a jet tub that we could not use due to that it was not thoroughly cleaned. First night we did not have water (cold and hot)-we had a little and it stopped all together, so we did not shower- with the hottest weather in August it was just a terrible experience. Though it was fixed the next day and we were able to take a shower. There was a little very old rug that made entire room look dirty and uninviting. Dust was visible on the nightstands and lamps. Maybe other rooms were better , but we did not like ours.

This stay was wonderful. The reception was responsive and the place was overall clean. They provide cleaning services daily, which is not common nowadays. Location is great - right around all the shops and minutes from the Trevi fountain. Taxis easy to grab. Air conditioner was cold which we loved. Overall recommend this place! And we will be back!

We had the two bedroom apartment in a separate building. Easily accessed by lift although there was one flight of stairs at the top as the lift only went to the third floor. Great indoor and outdoor space which was clean and quiet even with the bedroom window facing out over the main shopping street. Our only problem was the air con in master bedroom. The unit said it was set for 16 deg but the air coming out was warm and the room temp never went below 29 deg. So pretty hot trying to sleep at night.
