When I arrived they didnt have my room and "Upgraded" me to a "Queen" (which was really a full size) from a king, then refused to allow me to get my refund because " I walked away from their upgrade" so how is a smaller room a upgrade? And why am i liable for that when they had 3 weeks to warn me they wouldnt keep the room for me? And on top of that the room had waterstains climbing a foot up the wall in room 121. So still waiting on the rest of my $70. Its worth $20 to stay across the street if youre reading this. Youll get good breakfast and better customer service and above all a safer room. Wish i took photos but i was just planning to leave and get a refund. Btw they approved it to my face, but when Expedia called they denied and blamed me. There where i got the quote
