Great location for Yelowstone ( 5-10 minutes from North Entrance). Great value, good views of river, very clean and beds were comfy. Left a few belongings behind—Kayla and Josh went above and beyond to get them back to me. Very nice professional people. Will stay here again!!

We do a lot of traveling and this was my husband's favorite hotel we've ever stayed in! Friendly staff, great views, in town close to food and activities and we loved the smore kits they give you to make on the fire! A perfect choice to stay on your next roadtrip.

The views and location of this hotel is hard to beat! It’s offers easy access to Yellowstone with lots of shops and restaurants in town! The staff was out of this world friendly! The free smores and fire pit was such a fun touch as well! I would 100% recommend this hotel!

The stray was great. The extras, like a free laundry cleaner supplied, free smores, and free waters were a nice touch. We were able to use the binoculars and a walking stick as well. All those little surprises were a nice touch.

This stay was part of our tour of the SW national parks . The rooms are dated , could use some sprucing up. The hot tub was broken for atleast half of our stay , disappointing , considering they charge a $15 per day amenities fee.

First time staying in Gardiner so unsure of where to pick without being abe to compare properties so hoped for the best. First let us say, the location right on the river was just grand! Our view out of our room was spectacular! We were booked for 3 nights with most of pur days spent in YNP so also grateful for the fridge available in room. However, cleanliness was an issue. Dust evrywhere, dirt, dead beetles, etc in corners & behind toilet. My allergies were awful here. The vent cover was falling from ceiling. Mattresses & bedding thankfully clean or would've been deal breaker. They tried but corners sadly cut. They need to update to an alternate flooring & lighten up the place with some paint. With that said, had they had a 4th night available with a cancelation, we would have taken it just for the river ambience & quietness of the town.

The staff members were great. The building shows the age, especially the bathroom. I stayed on the second floor and could hear every step from the second floor. I did not have a good night sleep from the noise.

The hotel is situated as you enter Gardiner so a little way from the entrance. This felt more like a motel than a hotel, our room was very average, unfortunately located right next to the laundry on the ground floor, looking over the car park, so really noisy. The room was barely serviced during our 3 night stay, tissues ran out and bed was not made (we did this ourselves). No breakfast is provided, but there is a very average bar next door that did breakfast. The only redeeming thing about this hotel was free use of the laundry.

They showed me that they will give newly constructed cabin type room and they charged around $325 per night. And what they gave me was very old room with dirty floor mat and no exhauster in bathroom.

Would recommend! Clean room, comfortable bed, hotel was along the river and had some cool (view) room options. Offered free refillable water bottles and smores kits! Had a couple restaurants within walking distance! Pool and game room as well!
