The rooms were neat,clean and spacious.They were able to accommodate our family with 2 rooms next to each other.The pool and hot tub were great and loved the outdoor patio/firepit area to observe the beautiful scenery.Convenient for walking to shops and restaurants in Gardener.

This was our favorite hotel out of the 5 we stayed in, during our Yellowstone family vacation, although the most expensive, it was definitely worth it. You pay a $30 per night per room amenity fee which covers nightly smores, bike rentals, free laundry, hot tub/indoor pool, and a game room. The staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms very clean. We had a room facing the Yellowstone River which had a fabulous view of the park. The elk came right through the property one night. We had our 87 yo dad with us, and I neglected to request a ground level room since there are no elevators and they accommodated a room change. no breakfast but there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

Staff here is excellent, located in a nice spot, rooms are spacious. They have a fire pit that they give you s'mores to make. They give you recyclable water bottles on check in. Comfortable beds, big showers. Great overall just one issue I had was my room smelled horrible. I could smell urine possibly the people prior has pets that peed in the room. We had to use alot of air freshener everytime we walked in the room.

This is a very nice facility for Gardiner. There is a great view of the river, staff are very friendly and efficient. I have not complaints about the facility itself. I do have a complaint about their billing. The bill includes a $15.00 "amenities" charge, per night. What is an amenities charge; if you bring your own toilet paper, towels and bed linens you don't have to pay the "amenities" charge? If management wants to charge that, just include it in the price of the hotel.

The Ridgeline Hotel was in a great location for access to the North entrance to YNP. The staff was very friendly and checking in was easy. We would stay there again.

This is a great place to stay for Yellowstone! We stayed in the building with rooms on the backside lower floor facing towards the river and the mountains. If you can book one of these rooms, do it. The view is amazing and the sound of the river is so relaxing. The room was clean and had plenty of room. There are great amenities here such as a pool, hot tub, game room, free s’mores, filtered water machine, free laundry room. Gardiner is a neat town right by the Roosevelt arch entrance close to Mammoth. Highly recommend!

Rooms are noisy. Activity from neighboring rooms is disturbing while trying to sleep. Front desk check in was a long wait. Short line but clerk took a lot of time with each guest explaining every detail in the area and Montana in general along with features in Yellowstone. Hotel owned restaurant next door was short staffed. Would liked to have tried dinner, but left after 10 minutes in line with 4 other parties while staff waited on seated guests.

Would definitely stay here again! Great location and wonderful views. People love gathering around the fire pits and making s’mores. Also, it was quick and easy to get to Mammoth Springs from this location.
