The heating of the stove is too slow. It takes a century to bring the water boil. There is no partition in the bathroom to separate toilet and bathing area. The floor drains does not work very well, too. After bathing, the whole floor is wet. It is in high risk for kids and elderly to use because of the slippery floor and you won't feel comfortable to walk on the wet floor and then walk out to make everywhere wet.

Very nice apartment
It was my first time to stay in an apartment and the experience this time was lovely. The apartment was very spacious, with two bedrooms and washrooms and it was very important to those staying there for a long period of time. The facilities were nothing to complaint, and daily stuff like cleansing cloth and laundary powder had been provided to you before your stay. However, the wall seemed not think enough and we could hear the sound of our neighbours.

We stayed at Mont Clare Boutique Apartments for one night, and it was one night too many. The check in was easy enough but that’s where the positivity stops. - There were exposed fixings in the floor, which was incredibly dangerous considering we were travelling with two young children. - The mould throughout the bathroom was disgusting and showed how poorly maintained the rooms were. - Everything about the apartment was dated. - There was exposed metal corner angle in the kitchen. - The TV did not work - The wifi reception didn’t extend to the bedrooms - The lift felt unsafe as it shuddered to each floor. - When trying to go to sleep, footsteps could be heard (from what sounded like the apartment below). - The drier door kept popping open, and the drier made our clothes wetter - There were no power outlets in the main bedroom - The paperwork from a previous guest was in the apartment which evidenced the poor cleaning between guests. If you are considering staying at Mont Clare, don’t.

Not allowed to park additional cars had seven guests staying three vehicles in total only allowed to park one car in the secure carpark offered to pay for extra parking was denied this request had to park extra vehicles in public car parks away from the venue.

The property needed a good clean, no cleaning products provided we purchased our own. No basics like cutting boards or sharp knives were provided in the kitchen. Beds in 2nd room were supposed to be single but made up as a queen, this couldn’t be fixed until day 3 of our stay = 2 not very happy teenagers. Reception hours are not as stated on the reception doors. Limited and very tight parking, be prepared to climb out the passenger door. The roof in bathroom was leaking as was the kitchen sink. Reception didn’t seem to phased about the leaks. Best thing about the apartment was we didn’t want to be there so spent as much time as possible out exploring Perth.
