I am satisfied with my the stay. Budget hotel located in proximity of metro station and Place d'Italie with many restaurants and shops. Room equiped with private bathroom and shower. Descent breakfast for a little price extra which is convenient.

Je réside à Paris. On ne doit donc pas me faire payer la taxe de séjour. La personne à l'accueil n'était pas informée de cette réglementation. Il faudrait - indiquer comment obtenir le remboursement de la somme indûment perçue - former les agents de l'accueil sur les exceptions à la perception de la taxe de séjour.

L’entrée de l’hôtel est tout à fait simple, il faut savoir que c’est un hôtel. La chambre est très propre bien insonorisé pour l’extérieur. Par contre à l’intérieur on attend toutes les canalisations. Les gens parler leurs galipettes même c’est très gênant la douche du quatrième étage est déplorable, quant aux WC, je n’ai pas trouvé l’interrupteur en pleine nuit, quant à la télévision, je n’ai trouvé qu’une seule chaîne. je ne reviendrai plus

O Hotel Tolbiac, no geral, é nota 5. O predio é antigo, portanto, nao possui elevador. A escada é muito estreita: nao é possivel duas pessoas transitarem em sentidos opostos. Peguei um quarto para 03 pessoas e estavamos em 02 - ainda bem, pois o banheiro era minusculo e tinha apenas uma cortina mofada, suja, em pessimo estado separando do vaso. O chuveiro tambem nao estava em bom estado: o gancho estava quebrado e era complicado deixa-lo numa posição que ficasse parado, sem precisar ficar segurando. O café da manhã e ruim, nao tem quase nada de opcao. A UNICA coisa boa do hotel é a sua localizacao: metro proximo e ponto de onibus na porta do hotel.

Nous avons été hébergé à un étage en travaux, la fenêtre de notre chambre ne fermait pas correctement laissant passer allègrement l'air et le son de l'extérieur, le volet n'était pas adapté à la fenêtre car il se chevauchait à la fermeture donc impossible de verrouiller pour la pluie ou la lumière, le plafond de la salle de bain était moisie, le système de conduite couinait lors de la douche comme si l'on égosillait un rongeur en continu, nous avons eu un peu froid en octobre, l'une des deux personnes de l'accueil nous a pris un peu de haut lorsque nous avons énuméré ces problèmes en nous répondant que c'était justement pour cela qu'il faisaient des travaux, sauf que l'on aurait bien aimé savoir où l'on mettait les pieds.
